"Globish The World Over" Challenges English as the World Language

The International Globish Institute has released "Globish The World Over", the much-awaited book on Gobal English - Globish - that English speakers can actually read. Five years after it was a European best-seller in French, the groundbreaking book Don't Speak English, Parlez Globish, is still creating controversy among academics and global thinkers. Now its author, Jean-Paul Nerrière, with co-author David Hon, has come out with a new book that tries to both answer its critics and satisfy its friends.

Vancouver, Canada (PRWEB) December 16, 2009 -- In "Don't Speak English, Parlez Globish", Nerrière warned Europeans that English was taking over the world, but in a form that would not be the same as Standard English. In fact, he said, people speaking Globish-English were doing a lot of the world's international business in English and excluding the native English speakers, all of whom tended to monopolize conversations.
