Questa percentuale è ancora più abbassa per la lettura in lingua straniera, che in Spagna è solo del 3%, contro il 9% della media dell’UE, in particolare contro il 7% di media europea per quanto riguarda i libri, e contro il 5% di media europea per la stampa.
